Good morning Echo Park Paper friends! Anya here today to share a card I created with the new “Have Faith” collection. It’s been a while since the last time I used rub ons and I almost forgot how much fun it is to play with them. If your story is similar to mine, I encourage you to pull them out and create something using this beautiful medium.
To create this card, I started with a piece of white cardstock cut into a banner shape. I used the floral and circle rub ons from the collection to add some designs to this piece using a wooden stick provided in the package.
Then I stitched the top of the banner to a piece of the pink gingham “Faith Floral” patterned paper from the collection.
I added more layers and details to the card with patterned paper, white doily, popped up stickers, enamel dots and die cut leaves.
I finished the card by adding a pink flower I took from a floral stem purchased at the local craft store and added more die cut leaves using two different die sets by Echo Park Paper.
To balance the heavily built front of the card I always add a back panel, which also gives the card a more finished look.
