Hey all! Tamara here with some cute "Scoot" cards to share. This collection is absolutely adorable and so fun to work with. I love the
bright colors and cute stickers. You can easily make cards for all occasions
and today I have a birthday card and a going away card to show you.
For this card I die cut a suitcase card base. I wanted a few more pops of color so I added two strips of the orange "Zoom" patterned paper. I cut the aqua blue airplane out of the journaling cards and adhered it with foam tape on the card for dimension. String some red and white twine through the "here we go" tag sticker from the alpha sticker sheet and the "here we go" blue tag sticker from the "Elements" sticker sheet. Tie the twine through a button and adhere it to the top of the card. Loosely adhere the tags onto the card. Finish embellishing with stickers and small blue buttons.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these cards and they have sparked some inspiration. Don’t be afraid to add some bulk and dimension to your cards, especially if they do not have to be mailed. The little crumpled up "rocks" on the construction card add dimension but not a lot of extra weight. Doing this little technique really gave the card something special to it!
Thanks for stopping by!
