Please welcome Corri Garza to our new Echo Park Paper Design Team. Corri is an amazing altered artist, and I was excited to invite her to join our team. I just know you're going to be inspired by everything she makes. I took the opportunity to ask her a few questions so you could get to know her better.
Where do you reside?
San Antonio, Texas
Where can we find you?
What is your favorite Echo Park Paper collection?
It’s so hard to pick a favorite but my just love the "Here and Now" Collection. The combination of the chalkboard elements and bright color are a perfect match.
Do you have a craft room or special place where you create?
I have a craft room in our loft. I love having a dedicated space so I can leave my projects out and work on them when I have free time.
Are you a card maker, scrapbooker, altered artist or a combination of these three?
I am mostly a card maker/altered artist but have just recently started making a few layouts. I love making gift bags, boxes and home décor items.
How would you describe your style? Sophisticated, playful, clean, detailed?
I would definitely describe my style as clean, but I enjoy switching up between sophisticated and playful.
Tell us about your family:
My husband and I have been married for 17 years and have 11 year old twins and a 6 year old daughter. The kids are all very active with sports, 4h and Scouts so I usually have a game or other event to attend. I also enjoy photography and love taking shots of nature.
Tell us one scrappy tool that you can't live without:
Silhouette Cameo. I love it and can’t imagine creating without it.
Here is one of Corri's latest projects. Just wait until you see all the other creations she has created for you!
