Hello Echo Park friends! Lisa here with you today to share a fun layout created with the new Fine and Dandy collection and “Happy Little Moments” Designer Stamps.
I used the stamps to embellish word bubble Silhouette cut files, running them down the page to create a border. I also stamped some of the images individually (butterfly and mushroom) before cutting them out and tucking them into the border.
The butterfly stamp was also perfect for adding “a little something” to what was a plain white bitty bag that houses the journaling tag.
Here's a look at one of the stamped word bubbles toward the top of the page. There's a stamped and hand cut butterfly to the left of it.
In this image, you can see the adorable mushroom stamp, which was first stamped onto white cardstock and then hand cut.
This last image gives you a look at another of the stamped word bubbles.
One thing I like about using word bubbles (or other individual die cuts) for stamping is it's easy to fix if an image doesn't stamp cleanly. If you make a mistake, you can cut another element and try again. No pressure. No stress. No stamping directly on your project. That's my kind of stamping!
