Hello Echo Park fans! Lisa here today to give you a look at a layout I made with the new Home for the Holidays collection. This festive, pretty collection has some gold accents (including a beautiful gold polka dot paper), along with more traditional holiday colors.
I focused on using the Chipboard Accents on my page to give you an idea of how well they mix with the Element Stickers, giving you varying levels of dimension.
Here I used the bell sticker on top of the scalloped “Noel” chipboard sticker. In order to compensate for the difference in height between the chipboard and the sticker, I put foam adhesive under the sticker. The combined element is grounded by a patterned paper photo corner.
Here you'll see another mix of chipboard and stickers, this time grounded by a section from one of the Journaling Cards. To give this cluster even more dimension, I added foam adhesive underneath the snowflake.
In this last shot, I used mostly stickers, adding in one chipboard piece. This embellishment cluster extends the area where my journaling is housed and connects it to the upper areas of the page.
I hope you enjoyed getting a look at Home for the Holidays and it has inspired you to start scrapping your holiday memories. Be sure to take a look at the other coordinating Home for the Holidays products, like Decorative Brads, Designer Dies and Designer Stamps.
