Hi everyone! Lisa here with you today to share a cute and easy project — a gable-style box (purchased at Target) altered with Echo Park's Home for the Holidays collection.
During the holiday season, it's always helpful to have a variety of boxes on hand. This one is especially nice because once you add a few cute stickers and chipboard pieces it doesn't require wrapping. It's great for holding holiday treats, a scarf, a pair of snuggly socks, a gift card and other small items. It measures about 4" wide x 2 1/2" deep and 5 1/2" high.

One of our yearly holiday traditions is making batches and batches of pretzel treats and giving them away to friends and neighbors. Sometimes we make them with Hershey's Kisses and M&M candies, other times we use Rolo candies and pecans. This box holds a good number of these tasty temptations. The box itself is even like a little gift and can be reused by the recipient. One of my neighbors has even been known to ask for a refill! If you're not familiar with pretzel treats, here's a link to the recipe.
I hope you enjoyed this off-the-page project and you're inspired to use your Echo Park holiday collections in different ways. Happy holidays!
