Hello Echo Park friends, Anya here to share a layout I made using the “Party Time” collection. This collection is so bright and colorful that it matches pretty much any party in any color combination, which let me use two photos from different days and still have a perfect match.
I began my page with a bright turquoise polka dot paper at the top and a strip of black and white polka dot on the bottom half. I knew I wanted to add lots of bright colors to this layout, therefore I added grey and white blocks, to mute down the background and let the bright colors pop against the neutrals.
I like to look for title ideas within the collection. I spotted a 3x4 card from the Journaling Cards pattern paper, cut it in half, and changed the meaning to “Getting older IS awesome!”. Then I placed one part above my photos and one beneath, framing the most important part on the page.
To create this layout, I used:
Happy Birthday pattern paper
Celebrate pattern paper
It’s Your Day pattern paper
Border Strips pattern paper
3x4 card from Journaling Cards paper
4x6 card from Journaling Cards paper
Party Time Element Stickers
Party Time Alpha Stickers
Party Time Ephemera Pack
Party Time Enamel Dots

Hello everyone! Kimberly here with a bright and festive card using Party Time, a new collection from Echo Park Paper! The colors are so fresh and fun, you will have so much fun creating birthday cards and layouts! But my favorite part about this collection is the stamp I used. Yes, I am a stamper at heart, so you know that this stamp is good, really good! Check out Make a Wish A2 Background Stamp!
The name gives it all away, Make a Wish A2 Background Stamp. That’s right! This background stamp covers the entire surface of a standard card base!! (A standard A2 card is 4 ¼ ” x 5 ½ .” )
Because I was in love with this green patterned paper from the Party Time 6x6 Pad, I wanted to stamp the Make a Wish A2 Background Stamp in a tone of green slightly darker. Look at that fun background!
To my background I added a tag and a few die cut circles with stars from the Party Time Ephemera Pack. I added foam adhesive to those, for more dimension. Under the tag, I added a few stamped and die cut candles. The candles are from Designer Stamps Hip Hip Hooray. Best part about that set? The coordinating dies, sold separately! Designer Dies Hip Hip Hooray Die Set cuts the images from the stamp set out!
I have a million ideas for Make a Wish A2 Background Stamp! How about you?!

Hello! Today we’re creating our own birthday tags with the fun “Party Time” Collection! To begin, I chose four different journal cards from the “3X4 Journaling Card Paper”. After cutting them out, I corner rounded them along the bottom and then began to embellish!
I also instituted the “Hip Hip Hooray Stamp Set” and the coordinating dies to create the “birthday” sentiment on this first tag. Foam adhesive was used to give the sentiment some dimension. White sequins from my stash were used to highlight the bottom of the cake motif and then they were topped with the smallest Enamel Dots.
The next tag features some of the cute stickers and pieces from the Ephemera Pack! I just chose some of the various round die-cuts to use along the bottom of the cupcake sticker.
On the third tag I kept things pretty basic by adding one of the Ephemera tags and a couple of the cardstock stickers.
This final tag is probably my favorite from the group! With foam adhesive I attached the balloon sticker to the left side of the ‘balloon’ journal card. The sticker was embellished with white sequins and various shades of Enamel Dots!
Now to turn these journal cards into tags! I cut a mat from various patterned papers to measure 3.25”X4.25”. Next, I used the smallest tag die from the “Holiday Tag Die Set” to create “hangers” for each of the tag’s top. The tag was attached to the top/center of the mat and then the journal card was adhered with strips of foam adhesive tape. A strand of colorful twine was added for the hanger and now they’re ready for attaching to bags, boxes and baskets!

Hello! Tegan here today and I am excited to show off the fabulous new Party Time collection! I couldn’t wait to make cupcake toppers out of this colorful collection. The Element Sticker sheet includes great images, so putting together these toppers was so easy and fun! And just wait until you see how I made the adorable coordinating cupcake coasters!
I first hand cut a few banner strips from patterned paper. I then used foam adhesive to layer different stickers over the banner strips. I love the dimension that the foam adhesive adds. I then adhered my main embellishment onto paper straws I had on hand. And of course, I couldn’t forget the enamel dots!
I adore all of the images from the sticker sheet. The phrases are just so fun and the cupcakes look delicious. I can’t wait to use these fun toppers at my next birthday party!
The cupcake coasters are so simple to make! I used the larger die from the Scallop Circle Die Set to cut a variety of circles and outer scalloped circles from patterned paper. I then took a scrap piece of cardstock and hand trimmed it to be just a little bit larger than my circle. I then adhered my circle directly in the middle.
I then adhered the scalloped circle to the outside of coaster and let it dry. And that’s it! So easy, but so fun! The coasters are now ready for cupcakes- lots of cupcakes!
Thanks for joining me. I hope I have inspired you to create your own cupcake toppers and coasters for your next party!
