Hello friends! It’s Anya here today to share another Holiday card that I made with the gorgeous “I Love Christmas” collection! Red, green and woodgrain is always a perfect combination for me when I’m working on Christmas cards.
I always loved dimensions on cards and today I’m using a new form of dimension for myself – wooden logs. To make these, I have cut two 5x2 pieces from woodgrain pattern paper from the Coordinating Solids Pack and rolled them up with a skinny pencil. To hold these in place, strong red tape adhesive was used. I like how these logs echo with the December Magic pattern paper that I used for the background of the card.
To continue with the forest theme, I added some birds and die cut foliage. Glitter and sparkle is always a nice finishing touch to any Holiday card!
