Hello friends! Can you believe that Valentine’s Day is already approaching? It seems like we just celebrated Christmas, but time surely flies fast and it’s always a good idea to create projects ahead of time when we can. Anya here today, and I have a fun card idea I want to share with you.
As I was playing with this collection, I made a few layered tags. These tags were small enough to be used on a card, which gave the card a fun and unique look.
Each tag was created with a die cut tag piece, a piece of paper cut from the Border Strips patterned paper and a few small stickers, along with silver sequins. I added a piece of twine to each tag and adhered them to the card base with pop dots for dimension.
To create this card I used following products:

Hello Carta Bella friends! Anya here today and I am happy to share a cute idea for Valentine’s Day treats. I used the “Hello Sweetheart” collection and a “Flower Box” downloadable shape to create these boxes.
These boxes are easy to assemble, after a digital cutting machine does all the cutting for you. I used satin ribbon to tie each box and decorated them with banners, stickers, small tags and flowers that were fussy cut from the “Sweetheart Floral” pattern paper.
Also, I want you to take a look at the “tear strip” in this collection. Usually this part gets cut off, but this time I decided to put them to good use and created cute little tags.
There are 12 papers in the collection and each tear strip has an adorable image of a girl with a “Hello Sweetheart” phrase on the front and back side, which lets you make 24 adorable tags! I trimmed all of the tear strips and cut the pieces with the logo of the collection to about 0.5x2”, added a banner shape edge at one end and a tiny punched hole at the other. By adding a piece of white twine, my tags were done.
I hope these boxes will bring a smile to somebody’s face, and I hope I’ve inspired you to look twice at the pieces we usually cut off.

Hi there Echo Park Fans - Tya here to share with you a fun 3D paper project. I love making 3D paper crafts so when I got the fabulous Fashionista line to work with I knew I had to make one of these fun paper purses. The papers and icons of this collection were perfect for this project.
To make this project I turned to my trusty Silhouette Cameo and found this adorable purse designed by Samantha Walker. She included a link to a very useful tutorial over on her blog to assemble this purse. I followed the cutting and assembling instructions and put the bag together. I chose to use the Makeup Time paper as the base of my purse. The pattern reminded me of a fancy Coach or Louis Vuitton bag. I also used a piece of Dark Pink Coordinating Solid and the Gold Coordinating Solid as the other papers to make this bag. It's the perfect size to add a gift card or even cute for a party favor.
I put the bag together using lots of strong liquid adhesive so I would be sure the curved parts of the bag would stay. I added some mini white brads to the bag to hold the straps on. I added a little bit of Glossy Accents to the buckle die cuts to make them shine a little like real buckles.
The "Chic Happens" tag is from the Frames and Tags Ephemera pack. I added some floral stickers from the Element Sticker sheet. I also added a few enamel dots to the tag. I also die cut a paper tassel using the 3D Tassel Die Set with some Dark Teal Coordinating Solid paper. I rolled the die into a tight circle and then used a hole punch to make a hole in the top and then added the tag and the tassel to the purse with some black crochet thread.
I finished off the purse with another floral sticker from the Element Stickers and added it to the bottom corner with some foam tape. I added a black enamel dot to the flower center for some added bling.
This card was super fun to make and the adorable Fashionista collection made it so much more fun! I can't wait to give this to one of my gal pals with a fun gift card in it. Hopefully I have inspired you to make one of these purses for your own! Happy Crafting!

Hello everyone - It's Tya here up on the blog today with a fun altered project. I love adding photos to my home decor and holiday decorations and so when I saw this heart pallet I knew I needed to make something fun with it. I decided to find a photo of my Sweetheart and I and make that the focus of this project. The Hello Sweetheart line was perfect for this project and I loved making it!
I found this wood palette on Amazon - here is a link to the one I got: Large Wood Pallet Heart. It was the perfect size - about 10 1/2 x 11 inches - so not super big. Here is a good photo showing how it came when I ordered it :
Now you can leave your pallet raw wood if you'd like, but I painted mine with an off white color acrylic paint. I then chose 3 pattern papers from the Collection: the Sweetheart Floral, Special Delivery, and the heart side of the 4x4 Journaling Card paper. I traced the portion of the pallet shape on each of the pattern papers and then cut them out. I added the papers to the pallet using my favorite paper to wood adhesive - this Darice Wood Glue is amazing! I like it better than Mod Podge. It never bubbles or warps! It's all I use now. Check it out!
To decorate the heart - I first cut a 4x6 inch Stamp Frame out on my Silhouette using the pink side of the Sweetheart Floral. I added a 3 1/2 x 5 inch black and white photo to the frame. I also added a white photo corner in the top left corner of the photo. I folded a white doily in half and added it under the photo. I then added a few stickers from the Sticker Sheet. The flower cluster, love you sentiment, the black scallop border, 2 hearts and a sentiment sticker. I added some leaves from the Jolly Branch Trio Die Set that I die cut on a manual die cut machine under the flower cluster and under the frame on the top left side. A few enamel dots were placed on some of the stickers as well.
I decorated the top left corner of the heart with a heart banner from the Sticker Sheet. The Me and You tag is also a sticker and I added it to the top of the banner with some foam tape. I added a black button tied with some white crochet thread to the top of the tag. I also added a cupid sticker and one more heart sticker to the tag. 3 enamel dots were added to the left of the tag.
