Hi, Everyone! It’s Jana Eubank. Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I am getting ahead of the game this year by creating a card for my sweetheart using the beautiful You and Me collection.
A pair of swans (cut from the Swan Lake Love paper) are "swimming" on the sketched oval shape from the 3x4 Journaling Cards paper.
I adhered the oval to the narrow floral card from the 3x4 Journaling Cards paper so that the flowers peek out on either side. I emphasized the flowers by tucking in more florals created with the Love You Floral Die Set and Ultra White Designer Felt Cardstock.
Next, I cut the "Love You" sentiment from the same die set using Gold Shimmer and Ebony Black Felt Designer cardstocks. I offset the layers slightly giving the gold paper a shadow layer underneath.
Finally, I added the "You Have My Heart" sticker above the swan and added tiny gems in the corners for a bit of sparkle.
