Hi everyone! It’s Dorymar here with you today to share the sweetest mini scrapbook made with the “Be My Valentine Collection” from Echo Park Paper. I love making mini albums. When you have a gorgeous collection like this one, it is so easy and fun to work with!
This paper collection is all about love! There are sweet images paired with lots of hearts, florals and cute sentiments in the deep, beautiful colors of love. I decided to recreate a box of chocolates because it’s one of the most significant elements to express your love in the Valentine's season.
I used my Silhouette Cameo to make this super sweet box of chocolates and a little heart mini album with the SCALLOPED HEART BOX digital cut file from Silhouette Store.
The base of the album was cut out of the Carta Bella Ultra White Linen Cardstock and I covered all the pages with coordinating patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad. For the cover, I fussy cut the cutest gnomes from the 4x6 cards and some bunches of flowers from the Valentine’s Floral Paper. Then I selected the beautiful love banner from the sticker sheet. I glued all the pieces with foam tape to add layers. All together it looks amazing!
As I said before, I covered all the heart bases with the beautiful patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad and decorated some of them with different elements, leaving some of the blank space for the photo placement.
One of my favorite ways to add more photos to mini albums is by adding “cards” that open and have spots for photos inside and some pockets to use the fun journaling cards of the collection.
I really enjoy making these projects and hope to have inspired you to make something similar to give to someone you love.
Happy Crafting!
