Hello Friends, It’s Dorymar today with a subtle Easter Mini Album. The new “I Love Easter” collection from Echo Park is full of fabulous patterned papers and the cutest embellishments! I took all these papers, along with the I Love Spring coordinating solids paper pack and made this beautiful 6x8 scrapbook album.
This beautiful album measures 6x8 and has a total of 7 pages in two different sizes, 4 measuring 6x8 and 3 measuring 4x6. All made in chipboard. It has pages with pockets and flaps.
For the cover, I used a 3 x 3 card, stickers and die cuts. I selected all the elements following the theme of my project. I love adding ribbons to give it a chic touch!
The journaling cards have beautiful rabbits that I fussy cut with my scissors to use as part of the decoration. They are the cutest rabbits I've ever seen!
In the small page on the right you can see that I added the "Easter" word, this word was cut using the pink paper of the solid papers and the Happy Easter Egg Die Set. Around the photo mat, I decorated it with several embellishments of the collection, all glued with foam tape to add dimension and layers.
The album follows a pattern of a large and small page but in all, you will find different designs, pockets, flaps and above all a lot of space for memorabilia! It is just fantastic!
To create this flap, I used a letter envelope and covered it with patterned paper, then I fussy cut the “funny bunny” phrase from one of the 4x6 journaling cards.
On this page, I created a pocket in the center of the page where I can host several of the beautiful cards of the collection, to add photos and journaling.
On this page I incorporated several chipboard stickers from the I Love Spring collection because both collections match perfectly. The elements of these collections are so perfect for the occasion.
This page has a flap that opens to the side and at the top it has a pocket. This gives you much more space for what you want to add.
