I love Spring! It's wonderful to trade your snow boots for your rain boots, and that's what I've done here. My name is Michelle Zerull and I'd like to share my Spring Rain Boot project made with the I Love Spring Collection by Echo Park Paper.
I made this rain boot using my digital cutting machine and the I Love Spring “Fresh Cut Flowers” Patterned Paper. I love the pretty color of this gorgeous paper. I embellished the boot with a tag from the I Love Spring Frames and Tags Ephemera, and I made the butterfly embellishment with a piece of wire and a butterfly cut from the I Love Spring “Blissful Butterflies” Patterned Paper. I love those fanciful butterflies!
What do you do with a rain boot? You fill it with flowers! These whimsical tulips were made using the I Love Spring Collection Kit as well as the I Love Spring 6X6 Paper Pad. It was a great way to add a variety of colors and patterns.
I loved making this project, and it looks so bright and cheery on my kitchen table. It's a great reminder that Spring is here and the dark days are behind us. I Love Spring!
